A once in a lifetime love...Again!!

I have been blessed
To know true love
To have my heart’s desire
A once in a lifetime love

I have slipped earthly bounds
To soar in love’s arms
I have lived life’s fantasy
From beginning to end
Never thinking that I
Would be here again

For what is life without love
But just going through the motions
A never ending circle
That is void of passion and emotion


I never saw it coming
This twice in a lifetime love
You simple appeared in my life
I told myself this is fleeting
But you captured my heart



Simple as it sounds
And yet it is profound
I can only say I love you
And I will until time is no more
