...my thoughts throughout this day.


 

The Explosion of Silence

No one here
no one there

empty room
empty home

barren streets
dogs not barking

planes not flying
overhead

TV off
radio quiet

pulse not throbbing
cats not purring

grass not growing
plants not flowering

hearts are filled
with silent dread.

Where are you Georg?
