"Relax…
You’re just tired
Ghosts
Don’t exist
If they did,
Why would they
Waste their time
Pestering
You?
What makes you
So damn
Special?"

| this dangles precariously between the chasm of real and surreal, Sheila, taking our thoughts and emotions over the edge. Smacks of paranoia, too. Actually, I feel for those who DO feel pretty unhinged and vulnerable around the Halloween time, myself. You capture the tantalisingly, teasingly wicked and abutt it deftly against the dangerous. xx |
