Everyone is off chasing the latest raging
My mom does not change just because
Someone says everyone should be changing
When I consider who could have been my mom
I feel very fortunate that my dad
made a very good choice to marry my mom
It just makes my heart feel so very glad
With women acting like nut cases
Full of goofy off the wall ideas
My moms never on wild goose chases
And thankful she has normal ideas
Today's women are into political correctness
In her mind none of that is very important
My mom always taught me the importance of politeness
being an old fashion woman is important
