I Feel You

I feel you in my blood and know you are watching me.

I feel you in my blood flowing through my veins,
Warmed by each teardrop that falls like rain.
Somewhere out in this cold starlit night,
Hiding in your love that burns bright.
Quietly wrapped in your pain.

Without a word that is spoken,
You convey your love never broken.
Your soft and lonely whisper is in my head,
Tells me you will love me even after you are dead.
My heart and love you hold dear as your precious token.

In my mind I feel your fingertips gently gliding over me,
The thought of you still brings me to my knees.
I imagine your breath touching my skin,
Our love brought out the exotic sin.
If only we could still be.

Love still lives in our hearts,
I remember and the tears start.
You never have to say a single word.
Every emotion you feel for me is heard,
In our distant silence as we are far apart.
