But Yet…

Wanting to be
Alone
Yet
Feeling Loneliness

Seeking to be
Authentic
Yet
Surrounded by others

Desiring to be
At Peace
Yet
Sitting in calmness

Craving to be
Loved
Yet
Constantly being wanted

Wanting to be
Heard
Yet
The Voice is unknown

very well done i must say. creates a well balance to wants, needs and the reality of life. those words are key words for those who are missing those thoughts in their own minds. always randy

Never been too acquainted with modern stylization of poetry, but this one catches me. I really like how you put the subject in each stanza on the second line, and dramatically declined them to a whisper in the fourth. A very good write, to me :)
