My Christmas Wishes... (By M'buti) *FICTIONAL*

A young woman originally from East Africa writes down her Christmas wishes in the form of a poem.

Christmas is coming, I have much to do~
My Christmas wishes, I now share with you.

Peace on Earth, health, happiness for me too~
Lord, is that asking a bit much from You?

I want very little, but I ask you~
What can you do for my husband, my kids, too?

They need lots of clothes, warm clothes would be just fine~
Please do this for me, bless this family of mine.

Toys, my babies could use some brand new ones~
Make sure they are safe; don't send them toy guns!

My husband, he needs money for his truck~
His truck takes much gas to fill; or he'll get stuck!

My husband, he is a very dear man~
And I'm the luckiest girl in the land!

He deserves the best for Christmas; he's my life~
And I'm so fortunate to be his wife!

My kids are my joy, they deserve Christmas too~
Christmas wouldn't be right without Love from You!
