To all of us, you brought so much joy
Fondly remembering you always, are your beloved wife and two little boys
The hours, the weeks, the months will go by
And your memory will always bring tears to our eyes
Your sudden departure at such a tender age hurts so many
Including your sister who is such a kind-hearted lady
Though you were stricken with cancer,
your suffering was short
The severe pain you soon forgot
Your sister’s fasting for 40 days has touched God’s heart
For HE knows only too well that she
was distraught when Sam from her, did part
To the family of Sam, I say, “Do not despair
For GOD is watching Sam and all of you, and HE really cares
Remember when GOD closes a door, He opens a window
For your undying affection for him, Sam will surely know”
Sincerely,
RAYMOND ANTHONY FERNANDO
