Well,
here we are again, my friend.
& it seems as though no time has passed
& the distance between us
keeps                             getting closer.

Well,
you have taught me well, my friend.
& I can hear your voice resonating
& I can feel our circle closing –
time                             and time again.

Well,
the sunset is upon us again, my friend.
& another night has begun
& you permit my trespass as I trace
Your                 restless                 footprints.

Well,
tell me again if this dialogue ends, my friend.
when we compare our heroes,
& recall our chemical dreams…..

Lest We Forget.
