I tried to tell you Before I decided I tried to tell you what I was thinking My tongue t r i p p e d over the words And my intentions stumbled and fell at my feet Silenced I tried to tell you Before I bought the pills I tried to tell you what I was feeling My fingers s t a g g e r e d across the keys Leaving gibberish in their wake and on the page, Nothing I tried to tell you Before I went to sleep forever I tried to tell you that I needed help But my pain silenced me My fear angered me My words alienated thee I tried to tell you And my death said it best� Goodbye
