Alone in the room staring in the mirror, got closer but still not able to see things clearer. Can you help me?

I look at you

then you look back

I've known you forever

but I'm not sure who I'm looking at

you have changed so much

let others take you through so much

can't figure it out, feel out of sorts, out of touch

need someone to talk to, but there are issues with trust

numb not able to go forward, although it's a must

I gave my all, they took all my joy from me and practically destroyed me

I want to love again, trust again, but I'm numb can somebody help me?
