My Dad just came home from the hospital yesterday. Another blessing for our family. Happy Fathers Day Dad

DEAR DAD
Did you realize then
On that morning in May
When the doctor said
You’re a Father today.
Did you know back then
The joy you would find
In the hearts of your daughters
Who love you in kind
A few years later
Our hearts changed again
Another daughter to love
And a lifetime friend
Were happy this day
To celebrate your life
To tell you we love you
In spite of the strife.
Happy Fathers Day Dad
We love you today
For 62 years we’ve been able
To say,
Thank God for the friend
We’ve had in you
You’re a blessing to us
And your family too.
