Become a Fan

During my morning prayers this morning, this poem came to me. We have a friend who is going through a difficult time, I hope this poem gives him a little inspiration. God loves him, as much as HE loves all of us.

WHEN I PRAY

When nothing seems to go my way

It’s on my knees I need to stay

I need to pray and thank You then

For always being there my friend

When the daily grind gets me down

I need to focus all around

All the beauty that I see

It’s all a gift from You to me.

You alone can change my life

You manage all the grief and strife

It’s on the days I forget to leave

The things I asked while on my knee

You are the one Lord

You are my guide

My everything

My joy, my pride.

Help me remember

When I start the day

It goes much better

When I pray.
