Even though I lost my Mom six years ago, I still think about her on her birthday
|
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM
Happy Birthday Mom,
It’s still your special day
I’d love to run right over
Even though I couldn’t stay
You sat across the table
And I watched you cut the cake
You tried to cut the pieces
What a mess we did make.
You’re much better off now
No pain, you’re running free
No worries, and no cares
You’re better off than me.
God’s watching out for you
In His special place
How blessed I feel
To know that you can see His face.
On this birthday Mom
Know that I’m singing too
Knowing that the angels
Will celebrate with you.
