Thoughts of a new Friend

Months have gone by and still

I find my thoughts turn to you.

Almost a year...twelve months

Could we have known?

Your lips whisper and sing to me

Songs that remind of the past.

Had I but known, would I

have entered your life quite so fast?

I wanted your words touching me

Sharing in new erotic ways.

They speak to me personally now

As your lips survey me as I lay.

Time has a way of moving faster

looking forward to our bodies entwined.

Learning each place that I touch

Giving you pleasure fills my mind!

Twelve months, soon a year

since you cried out for me.

Meeting your body, finding you near

Images emerge; memories rear...

Richard! How nice of you to dispute another reviewer...If interested, check out my blog, Reviewer Gets a Bad Review which discusses the various types of reviews that we might get for our work...

But I am soooooooo happy that you commented using the word, honestly...for in the end, I feel that words shared honestly are far more worthy than any that evolve from feelings of dishonestry or hate!

Had to laugh at the immaturity issue...guess I'd better not ever share my "BedBug Bites" poem! LOL

Thanks for posting, cause I've now got somebody else to track...YOU!

I love that last word "rear"-- it has so many meanings, and it leaves the reader wondering at that-- conjuring all sorts of images not intended, but somehow related to the poem. --Charlie
