Look to he left,
There was a Liquor theft.
Look to the right,
People screaming "Party Tonight!"
Look straight ahead,
Young people getting in bed.
Look behind you,
It's all confirmed true .
Everybody's doing things they shouldn't do,
Drugs, sex, and alcohol, just to name a few.
You're in a minority, by not breaking the law,
Every social activity, you seem to withdraw.
This is a hell,
Trying to repel,
From all who rebel.
You want to get away,
From the pressures displayed,
In the preteen years,
Filled with beers,
Tears.
Would your corruptive friends accept you,
If they knew,
That it was true ,
The things they do,
You subdue,
Away from you?
Hold your breath and walk through the crowd,
Hold your head up and feel proud,
For you don't do what is not allowed,
You stick true to what you vowed.
Keep strong,
And push on,
Because the good life you happened upon,
Will in time give you what you want. |
