Ciggeretts to calm you down, Alchohol to numb the pain, Drugs to be rebillious, Don't tell your friends, there'll be no shame, Hide in your room, to keep out of sight, and get madder and madder, as your parents fight, Hold it all in, The tears, The pain, But in the end, it's all the same, Some kids grow up, Messed up in the head, and sooner or later, They all wind up dead.
