Paying close attention to our actions and thoughts allow us to see the growth we experience.

CHANGING

I grew today and quite a lot.

I finally moved from that spot

Of being immobile,fixed, rigid,

In my mental and emotional growth.

I grew,by replacing an old thought with a new one,

Something I was reluctant to do before.

I am bigger now, better too.

Because I let go of a part of the old

And replaced it with something new.

So true. Spiritual growth is about accepting that you don't have all the answers and probably never will, but to keep looking for them just the same.
