Things Never Are as Bad as It Seems

I tend to forget some things I've learnt
things I easily forgot
for instance . . .

I was bewailing my fate
cursing my luck
saying life just isn't fair
shaking my fist at the thunderstorm
which came into my life
uh . . .
that would be yesterday
today a silver lining shined bright
in that thunderstorm
I'll n'er forget this lesson again

P.S.: I've started believing in miracles, too

Holding to the past is always a dead end. It doesn't take anything but consciousness to find the paradox in everything and thus a choice to make. It's the choices that can sometimes use some challenge.

I've been on your bandwagon for a while now, though I've a ways to go when it comes to believing, I have found some silver linings along the way.
