I mean you know if you ever
Do
Publish and you really Get to
dedicate your heart soul and words
I know lots of you guys have already
dogs
and I’m proud of that really kinda
in a green sorta way
but for the likes of me
I just get to pipe dream
so
I let my wana be writer self
go down that road last night
I’m all tucked in, lights out, alls quiet
and
I’m thinking of picking up this book
My book
I’m thinking of titles like
“it’s not just poetry”
or
“Not E for everyone”
or
“who says it has to rhyme”
HA
and I open this dream book
and of course read that all illusive congress number
and
the copyrighted by jargon
so sweet this page
and then flip on
to
the Dedication page
and then my mind starts filling it up
