Normally, I would not enjoy this type of book. It allowed me to see a side of law enforcement that I didn't know existed. I will be waiting for the subsequent editions!

Excellently written story explaining the violent world we live in, where there seems to be no justice for the law enforcers who everyday endanger their own lives tackling the thugs. Brave job for a lady or anyone else who dares to confront the foe. Well done.

This one got me hooked to the end as well. Very dark writing indeed -- I second the review that Karen gave you here. I had my share of hard writes to do, the hardest for me was writing "Past Scars," "The Cabbie Homicide: Oct 13, 1993," and "Accident Revisited." This is a true to form horror tale. You are a talented writer, and brave to write this one.

While the story has much darkness, it carries great pathos and empathy. The descriptions put the reader at the location and in the author's shoes.
