This is a beautiful book. After reading it once from cover to cover, I had to read it again - and again, many times. Each story is a jewel. I have to admit that I am a realist rather than a very spiritual person, but this author has captured my heart - her writing, as she describes it herself in her intro, is truly musical ... and mesmerizing. Hard to say which story is my favorite, but it has to be Guinevere meeting Christ - that one brought tears to my eyes; others left me feeling "chills". down my spine. All of them are uplifting and all of them will leave you wanting more. I can't wait till her next book comes out!!

What a beautiful journal you penned Laurie.So sorry to hear of your accident. It was good to hear from you and hope you will make a speedy recovery thru Our Lady who prays for us. I will add my poor prayers to hers for your intentions. We just celebrated Our Lady's birthday on the 8th and St Therese, The Little Flower will be on Oct lst. At Carmel it is a big celebration = with children scattering rose petals in procession and all are given a rose to take home. The members celebrate with lots of goodies and friendship afterwards. Your spirit will be with me there and you pray for us also. Gustav did not effect us here but some parts of Louisiana was hit hard with lots of damage; trees falling on houses mostly. Laurie Suffering is part of life. Yes, it is for purfication. We all suffer in someway here on earth. To remember Jesus suffered and died so we could be forgiven for our sins and thus gain eternal life will help. We pray for these poor souls for healing but only GOD has all the answers so we must leave this to God who knows ALL. We need to TRUST in GOD and God alone. Pray for mercy yes. He will answer in His own way and time. We are more tnan soul; we are spirit, soul and body. When the soul leaves the body, the body dies. It will ressurect on the last day. This is our understanding. We must wait on the Lord for clearer understanding until we are in eternal life. My way of handling this is my soul is the rider and my body the horse. This way I have control of my body by pulling the reins left or right and guiding him on the path to Heaven. God Bless Marguerite

Hi Laurie:--As far as I know M's Asthma as not returned. She seems to be doing very well--Has taken some Baptist Kids on a field trip of some kind. Did you send me angels? When I woke uo yesterday morn, I saw what I thought were two angels, as you describe, light as a cloud but abt 3' tall and running lightly along my bed; then I thought, It must be the sun's reflection, but then one repeated on the other side of the bed. I had three miscariages many year ago, and I thought could this be my little angels come to confort me. Since, I have been fighting elevated blood pressure, started taking special medicine to try to bring it down. My arthritis in my knees very bad and lots of trials.I know Jesus affirms us when things go bad so just wondering. Please keep praying ; the whole world is in a mess and we suffer because of it; God needs our prayers and verbal support. There is a scare now about the global warming from Blair in England.Love of Christ to you. Marguerite

Congratulations dear friend. I have not read all of it but I will save it and read it as a book. I believe all you say; especially about dreams for I have had such dreams with clarity which I have never forgotten. I have learned from these dreams how to drag myself out of a bad situtation but it takes great faith to believe this. I have shared such a dream I had recently with a priest in confession. He denied that it could have any meaning. They know it is so but do not want the word to get around and it promotes jealously etc in the church so we keep it secret for it is usually meant for you alone not a revelation to be shared with the world. You are right about negative thoughts. Not to absorb them when coming for outside of you. It is possible to change yourself but not anyone else by instructing them. Only by our actions do we speak positive words. People of the depression age and of the wars do come away negative. It is best to forgive the past and those who hurt you or harmed you in any way. Do not let it fester and make you angry and bitter. For this will hurt you not them. Sometimes this is what is wanted from the other person. To be wounded as they are. They have not healed from their injury and want others to feel their pain. I hope I made myself clear as I am truly teaching myself as I wrote. 'lil flower

I read this with interest and a little humor in your group trying to seperate 'ego'. human love, and then divine love. These are three different things. No one can have divine love but God himself. Human love is agape love, which is Christian love for a neighbor The love between a man and a woman is entirely different. This love is joining body, soul and spirit and becoming one and yet they are two seperate beings from different backgrounds. Difficult, yes, it can be; However, if God is in the marriage, difficulties about money, children, taste, carrers, pleasure, and entertainment, friends. families and such need to be worked out by communication. This is a problem with many couples, communicating someties in non existing. Ego is another thing entirely. That is what you think about yourself and can ruin any relationship; even that of a relationship with God. God must always come first in everything. Put your ego aside and focus on Him and Him alone. As a baby focus on his mother for his needs, that is how we should focus on our Creator, the Author of our Being. I hope this is quite clear to you. This is what my understanding is. This is not easy to do since we all focu s on big ME. That is feelings and emotions. Remember emotions are just feelings. They are neighter right or wrong. Do not look for good feelings in a relationship with God. God will give you what He will. Why? Because He is God. He always was and always will be. We are finite. Marguerite

We are humble before God because we are His creature, created by Him and we are grateful for our life here on earth and particularly Eternal Life; For He inserted a soul at conception and this soul returns to Him at the end of our lives where we will be tried and accepted by Jeaus, or condemned, as to how we lived the Commandments of The Father and the reason that He, Jesus, suffered and died on a Cross,paying the price for sinners so that all who repented could have Eternal Life. Good write. I was blessed with the visit of three little angels while fighting against high blood pressure. I presume it was the three unfortunate miscarriages when I could ot carry a child because of a botched up job of repair after my second child. It is true about smelling roses. It happens frequently when many holy people gather together to give Glory To God. I sometimes get this in my own home and frequently when I enter as a welcome home greeting. Please continue to pray for me and Melanie. She is doing very well and has a little asthma now and then. I am beginning to get some healing from my high blood pressure but not certain what is the cause. I am on lots of medicines and have gone thru many test. All checked out OK but had an infection that may be the cause. Also, pain contributes to this as I have pain due to arthritis so I am on pain medicine 'alieve' Thanks again for prayers. love and prayers lil flower

Very interesting. Although our cat was born in our house, and our family has always kept pets, I have learned that we cannot make them happy, and they are often in danger because of our inability to communicate with them. I have decided that it is best to keep a bird feeder with water and a bird house rather than to have pets. Then we are assured that we do not interfere or enter fear in their lives.

This is an excellent write. You describe the soul in a clear way. God gives us greater wisdom (His Own) by graces given to us as we continue to strive for perfection. That is exactly what you are doing. While the soul is incarnate it has to remain entraped in the body. It is elevated during meditation and especially contemplation. It is as tho the soul has left the body and maybe in some instances it has but it must return to the body, nevertheless. Only when one dies are they seperated and the body will resurrect one day. To explain this more thoroughly, I received, in a dream, a grace because of a search I made to know what was really important in life, because I had lost all my material things , my home, my sick sick husband and my children to some extent. "I was shown me(my soul) on the ceilling and my body on the bed, angry at my body for being so greedy, I supose, and telling my body, 'What was it that was so important when I was inside of you' which was a clear understanding of who I really was." That's why when the soul leaves the body, the body dies but the soul continues his journey into heaven. Mary comes to get the soul and angels accompany it to the place prepared for her or him. There is only joy and peace in heaven. I experienced this too, upon awakening from a day dream, where I was on a high in joy knowing I would not even regret leaving my children who are so dear to me. Never fear my dear, your mother is surely in heaven from what you told me. Now, on a lighter subject, thanks for the prayers, but please do send your healing to Melanie and Josh. This is difficult for a well person much more so for one who is ill, as you know very well. I love you with the love of Christ with all my heart and hope we will meet one day, I am sure it will be in heaven. Marguerite 'lil flower

I will have to study this a little more to grasp the full meaning. I do not work as diligently as I once did as God is using me in a different way in the present time. There is a time for learning and a time to put that learning effectively to help others. I think that is where I am right now. However, I will get back to my studies from time to time in order to be fed by the word. Keep up the good work.

I read your article on dreams with much interest. I am familiar with many things you say. Yes, there is a differeece between significant dreams and others that may be meaningless. My dreams have taught me many things about my life and about the spiritual world. First having an out-of-body experience and than going on into dreams that heal and bring us closer to God. Understanding the spiritual world as no one but Jesus could teach; being the great healer, teacher consoler and council. How else would you get to know Jesus if he did not present himself in such a way. Once you find and know Him you will never turn away and it is best you don't. Jesus is alive and well and so is the deceiver who wants to bring you to the lower realm. Beware my friends, he is hidden but he is there.
