My husband and I own a small business (13 employees). We have (after more than 10 years) been able to semi-retire and placed the company with a manager. Some issues have arrisen and here we go--back to rescue our beloved business. I say beloved because there are so many things about this business that are important to us. It has been in my husbands family for 38 years. Many of our employees have been with us between 5 and 10 years. We have been through hard times--and made it through it. Your writing here--and your poem about small business have been a tredemdous encouragement to me today.
