So much emotion in this write! Women are so strong....I was delighted with the last line of this poem. When a man puts you down long enough, you start believing you are no better that him. But when you learn to love yourself, no one EVER puts you down again. (personal experience of a divorcee) Good job Wanda..

Oh my God Wanda, I so much know the terrorized life, I was abused for 24 years from a intimidating dumb " asshole, I am now divorced from what was a so called marriage, and so much happier, but yet I still have fear of him, Thank you so much for writing this great piece and being the voice fro many, God Bless you, Valerie

Hi Wanda,this a very deep and powerful poem about something that no wife or husband should encounter that is the tricks and games of an adulterer.The worst feeling in the world is when your soulmate turn his or her back at someone in a marriage or a relationship to commit an adultery with another person.Take care of yourself and I enjoy reading this poem
