Building a Three-Legged Stool: Balancing Your Writing and Other Tips (Book) - 12/7/2008 5:49:03 PM
Dear Rie:
I loved the "rambling" natural conversation style of this write. It is refreshing, "personal", charming, and informative. Though most writers know these things, they sometimes escape our awareness in preparing to have these things available at all times. Although I would not "personally" put some of the things you did in my journals, I think it is quite organized and syncronized in your purpose. Good read. Thanks.
Everything to Gain (Short Story) - 6/29/2007 9:42:54 AM

Everything to Gain (Short Story) - 9/3/2005 10:10:11 PM
Great opening sequence with the promise of more to come! You weave just the right amount of mystery into this piece to make the reader want to see more.
Everything to Gain (Short Story) - 10/8/2004 11:38:33 AM
A good classic fantasy. I thought this was a bit of a medeval romance as well until the last line. Story has a good voice and texture to it. Excellent job.
Hush A-Bye, Baby -- excerpt (Short Story) - 6/27/2004 8:11:33 AM

Everything to Gain (Short Story) - 6/8/2004 5:48:32 AM
Reminds me of something my ex-girlfriend would write. You did good here and usually I don't read a lot of fantasy, I fall into the bastard son of the literary genre when it comes to writing. But this one is very creative, you do have a touch on this genre that I cannot begin to imagine, quite talented I have to say.

What Makes a Person a Writer (Article) - 9/8/2005 5:54:50 PM
Dear Rie;
Very good. What we writers feel, we put into words, regardless of who may -- or may not -- read those words. Dare I call it... compulsion?

What Makes a Person a Writer (Article) - 10/13/2003 8:17:51 AM
To sum it all up—a person who writes because they have no choice…because the words pour from their fingertips into their pen, or into the keys of their computer, that is a writer. Does this person have to be paid? No. Does it help? There ain’t nothing like it!

Little Things (Poetry) - 8/13/2008 2:49:29 PM
Yes, I agree. I have always felt and said that it is the little things that can make or ruin a life. It is the little things that lead up to bigger events. Cherish and value the little things.
Shadows (Poetry) - 7/23/2008 11:06:39 AM

If My Sand Castle Drowns, Can I Live With You…? (Poetry) - 5/9/2008 8:37:46 AM
Since death of hubby Aug 17 07 I feel I don't want anyone else in my life. He was my 2nd husband and very much different from the lst and a loving and caring person for me to live with. Memories of him are with me in spirit and I cannot see myself finding another like him to satisfy my as he did. He was an unusual and all mine person. Great personality, laughter, and loved people.
The Bare Facts (Poetry) - 5/5/2008 6:43:41 AM
Such a profound write, but very good. You make us think that we don't need all silks and to be fancy, but just to be simple and tell the simple truth to all *********.
Little Things (Poetry) - 2/28/2008 11:00:13 AM

No Words (Poetry) - 10/20/2006 6:47:18 PM
This is denial to self and what you know needs to be said; but to keep them happy, you pretend it doesn't matter---but.....(pain within you tells you otherwise)...excellently expressed!
Peace&Grace&Blessings,
Sharon
It's Only Rain (Poetry) - 10/20/2006 6:45:02 PM
Deeply heartpain. Emotions people don't want to face as part of reality; denial is better swallowed. Fine work! brava!!!!!!!!!1

The Writing Life (Poetry) - 9/8/2004 4:14:34 AM
Not in a canvas tent,
Not far behind with regards the rent,
But writing for me seems heaven sent,
For you as well it seems it is apparent,
Humorous,the way to live life,
To avoid any stress and strife,
Don't we wish we'd learned this long ago,
Like maybe from our dads and moms, yes our parents...
This was quite fun, wish I had found it sooner...now that I got you on my tracker, I will see them and enjoy them faster...KeePeace, Ed & Rufuz
