Healing With The Palma Christi (Article) - 7/28/2008 5:13:42 AM
It is agreed that faith is the ultimate healer. I have experienced miraculous healings with this castor oil remedy for many issues and will continue to use.

Healing With The Palma Christi (Article) - 4/23/2008 10:01:33 AM
Palma Christi is amazing! I've used it for my daughter's sprained finger and now using an awesome blend Palm'Argile to heal a strained elbow! Palma Christi should be in everyone's home...for burns (after cooling down), sprains, contusions, muscle pain relief, etc. I even use a skin care line Palm'Hydra that uses Palma Christi as its main ingredient! And for Peter Greenways comment...there are better heat sources out there, especially for castor oil pack treatments (more info on my blog outsideinlife.com)

Healing With The Palma Christi (Article) - 7/23/2004 9:12:44 PM
There are Palma Christi soaps, lotions and essential oils available, many of which can be purchased on the net. Strangly, this "miracle healer" is derived from the same sourse as the deadly poison, Ricin.

Excellent advice and I agree - never let your finished manuscript sit on the shelf. Life is a forward motion. Get your work out there.
Thanks for the tips!

Tips for Writers (Article) - 10/31/2003 9:28:44 AM
Great advice! Trying to write without an outline is like trying to drive a car on a long trip without checking under the hood, tire pressure, etc. It's good to hear you've been able to mail out your books without the use of an agent. [I will have to make a decision about pursuing that, myself, within the next few months.] Also - though currently out of the country - I am a member of a writers group in Fort Myers [though I used to live a few blocks away from SPJC many moons ago.] Again, thanks for relating your personal experiences and advice especially with regard to keeping those readers turning those pages.

Thanks for your suggestions and helpful hints! I self-published my two books, but I am trying to find a publisher for my children's book, Saturday's Cups. Your suggestions are very informative!

Does Life After Death Exist? (Article) - 7/30/2003 12:15:25 AM
The article is extremely interesting but having a Near Life experience can be as fascinating for some people. Thomas Carlyle,” The person who has found his vocation in life is a blessed human being. Let him ask for no other blessedness” As explained by po Bronson’s book “ What should I do with my life”, some people go through a lifetime of agony without finding their basic purpose in life and that can be as taxing as any near life experience as explained by the following:-
If you want to be happy for a day, go on a picnic.
If you want to be happy for a week, go on a vacation
If you want to be happy for a month, get married.
If you want to be happy for a year, inherit property.
If you want to be happy for a lifetime, get the job that you like

Palma Christi work very well for me, and I sure would recommend it. However with the heatpad, one should not have it on longer then 1 hour. A timer or person is otherwise required. Regards, Peter. *

Does Life After Death Exist? (Article) - 2/26/2002 7:48:51 PM
There are some amazing accounts of NDE's that relate some negative experiences that involve judgment that leads to damnation, and the person comes back to reform their life. NDE's are fascinating. Great article.
Does Life After Death Exist? (Article) - 10/16/2001 11:31:44 PM
I absolutely believe that NDE's occur with events that take place as you have listed 1-9. I personally am fascinated with this, have read numerous books on this and I am not so sure that Sylvia Browne is off base.
I have had many 'spiritual' experiences that I will not go into here but one thing is certain to me. There is life after death, or should I say life after life. :) Excellent article. JC

Afternoon In Paradise (Poetry) - 9/5/2008 6:09:18 AM
I sure could spend a few days in this poem's setting. After reading "Afternoon in Paradise" I imagined myself there relaxing without the rush of time driving me on from one task or chore to the next. I've watched the sun melt into the horizon before but that was a long time ago. I sigh.

A Magical Gown (Poetry) - 5/16/2008 11:50:01 AM
My majic gown to dance in was of lavendar and lace. Loved that dress but grew so fat it did not fit and had to dispose of it. It is like a long lost love now but memories of me wearing pop up still. Never to be forgotten gown.

Afternoon In Paradise (Poetry) - 7/10/2007 1:29:40 PM
Yup that's a great poem. But where has summer gone this year? Yes I have a hammock but today, 10th July, I am in a wooly sweater and wondering whether I should light the coal fire.
If there is no summer here in summer, then thank you for providing me with these verses which will I will think of as my eyes shut this night.
