LAST RESORT is a wonderfully touching book. It did for me what most books don’t: it made me want to read the end before I finished. I held off, but it was difficult. Ms. Norman makes you cry for Kevin as he realizes how much being with Bethany and her mother makes him feel alive for the first time in years, while knowing that it can’t last. And Bethany grows to love Kevin before she knows how little time there is left for them. Watching them find their way to acceptance, not only of the events in their lives, but also the tender love they feel for each other is a real pleasure. Don’t read the end. In this book, the journey is every bit as wonderful as the arrival.

I only know what I like (not why) but this one kept me glued to it with all the surprises until the happy ending!

This is an exciting read that keeps you turning the pages. You are soon caught up in the world of a cruise ship.Throw in a stalker,double murder and romance. What more could you asked for. A must read!
