Give Me Back My Credit! (paperback) (Book) - 11/6/2008 4:27:21 PM
Having come across Denise's 'den,' I was intrigued by her story and the subject of her book...I ordered the book a good while ago and it is on my TBR stack. A quick glance at the book itself and a long one at Denise's monumental body of work tells me her dedication to her work surpasses the years of her suffering and struggle.
I highly recommend not only her book, but also all of her postings.
Thank you, Denise. My hat is off to you.

It's Your Book Title and Your Name -Should Others be Allowed to Use it? (Article) - 7/3/2008 12:37:13 PM
A lot of the points made here were way over my head. What drew me to the article was its title. I was curious because I always had understood that titles were not copyrightable unless they're household names like Gone With The Wind. Same for personal names: if they were copyrightable, eventually no one would share the same name. So I was surprised to read that your book title was not only copyrighted but trademarked. Did you do that after the trouble started or before? If before, why? Terry
The Truth is...Settlements Aren't Always What They Appear To Be... (Article) - 6/25/2008 2:57:48 PM
Right you are... Just look at the tobbaco settlements... the government (unname coconspiritor via tobbaco subsidies)... got billions of dollars and are giving it smoke nazis to run hate advertising campaigns against the damaged parties....The Smokers...who got NADA.
Do You Believe your Personal Information is Safe? (Article) - 3/25/2008 12:51:34 AM
Good Article... Don’t worry about it. Nobody is listening or monitoring your communications. You don‘t have to take my word for it, just ask The former governor of NY or the soon to be former Mayor of Detroit. How do you protect confidential communications and personal information? Here’s a hint from the Mafia. This actual wiretap between a Mafia boss and henchman spells it out. “Boss, We just made a real big score, we got a truck.” What’d you get? I don’t want to say over the phone, somebody might be listening in.”” Don’t worry about it.. What’d you get? “ I don’t know boss, I don’t think this is safe.” “Forget about it, Tell what the #%^$% you got!” “Okay boss, but I got to play it safe. It was M… I… N… K… S. “ Alas, tho only one who can give away your personal information is you.

How valuable is your time? (Article) - 11/19/2007 7:42:54 AM

Sometimes I often wonder how I’ll make ends meet.
Without a penny to my name and living in the street.
Will happiness avoid me and love be never found.
Has life chose to ignore me as I walk above the ground.
If you pay me half my worth
It’s twice what I deserve
From the very sound of it
I know it sounds absurd
If you stop and dwell on it
I’m sure that you’ll agree
That money isn’t everything
At least it’s not for me
There’s so much more to life that money just can’t buy
Pull up a chair if you care I’ll attempt to tell you why
There’s God in all His glory and Christ His only Son
Then for most the Holy Ghost for us the battles won
All this makes no difference now there’s nothing left to do
I made my peace with God above His love will see me through
So look inside your wallet how much did it cost
For Christ to die for all ours sin nailed upon the cross

They can keep their stupid credit. Look at where it's coming from. Atlanta, Georgia, where they all go to gamble. Bleep them. Why do I care about the financial opinion of a bunch of stupid gamblers?
