The feeling of being lonely creeps up on everybody. When you have such deep feelings for somebody and cannot express them you feel restricted, and you die to tell them how you feel. I have been in the same situation. Wait until the timing is right, and then explain these feelings. Bottling things up isn't healthy. Also, you never know what the outcome could be. I agree wholeheartedly with the sentiments expressed thus far. IS sad. Deeply moving and reflective of the misery that few if any humans escape. This universal element raises your creation to a level that is rarely achieved. The talent and discipline that are behind the poem reveal a creator too strong and determined to let despair win!
