As a writer with a strong interest in Alaska, I specially appreciate her story of rural native life portrayed in 'Tatiana' - a story of survival that readers will find truly inspiring.

What a lovely short story. So hopeful and yet, ever so real. Reading it, I found my "...heart drop into my toes."
