This is the same as for the hardback I have. Ron...I bought both of your books at a book signing in GA. This book is one of the most powerful I've ever read. A great book! My hat is off to you. I hope people listen to the message here. I'll be reading more of your writings this week. ~ Jonas

Smart Blonde - (Paperback) (Book) - 6/17/2008 3:01:53 PM
I found myself not wanting to put down "Smart Blonde!" Every time I thought Tony had found the Internet beauty of his dreams, reality would rear it's ugly head and set him straight! I loved the humorous word play between Tony and his alter ego. There were more original and quirky retorts and one-liners in your book than on Leno, Letterman or Comedy Central ... actually some would have been x-rated for even those shows! A fun book that I know you enjoyed writing as much as I enjoyed reading.

The Abduction of Adam Danik - (Hardcover) (Book) - 5/15/2008 12:59:40 PM
Compelling...Unsettling Susan (eluda 1), a professional nurse, 4/28/2008 The Abduction of Adam Danik is a 'must read' for anyone involved personally, professionally and /or associated with anyone in the process of divorce and custody issues. Through the main character, Jack Danik, the author's dialogue compels you to feel the desperation, frustration, anger and pain of Jack Danik and his son. It leaves the 'unsettling' question as to 'who' really is concerned about the 'best interest' of the children of divorce? The ending...poignant!

Mom & Dad & Immigration (Short Story) - 3/17/2010 3:30:30 PM
Sir, I salute your parents and family and the wonderful contribution they made to our country. This was absolutely beautiful, however it did make me a bit mad because it was so short. Please consider writing a novel or novellete based on your family at that time. I love the WWII era and would love to read more of your work. Happy 70th!

The Sweetest Thing---Part 2 (Short Story) - 7/24/2008 10:43:45 AM
Boy Ron, what a wonderful and sad story. Had me sniffling by the end. Glad you and Sylvia found each other. How hateful and selfish children can be. And how greedy and uncaring the medical profession can be...so glad you were there to pull her out of there and into Hospice care. Gotta run and go get a Kleenex! Keep on writing, my friend. Love Pat

A Mother's Love...MS, PMS, SOS and Other Cries For Help (Short Story) - 7/24/2008 8:31:13 AM
I know that a mother's love stands most all things, and this must have been so hard on her. It probably explains how she has hung in there with her health condition and at her age. She forgot to add one very important angel which is HER! This makes you want to thank God for every healthy person in your life that you love.

The Sweetest Thing---Part 2 (Short Story) - 7/18/2008 2:12:23 PM
What a wonderful, kind and sweet woman Sylvia was! Thank you for sharing your heart and soul in this tribute to her. She is smiling down on you Ron....you gave her the happiest years of her life and it's heartbreaking that it was not long enough for both of you. She will always be with you. God bless Sylvia and you too Ron for being there for her and loving her with all your heart at a time in her life when she needed someone who could love her unconditionally. Rozetta Mowery, "Tragedy in Tin Can Holler"

Leonard's Cabin (Short Story) - 7/16/2008 10:48:11 PM
Some things happen and we file them in the back caverns of the mind, other things happen and get re-told over and over. This was an especially great memory to have shared, complete with lessons learned. No, you're right, it is not easy being a single parent..... Be always safe, Karen

Leonard's Cabin (Short Story) - 7/15/2008 9:50:23 AM
Boys will be boys, but boys do make mistakes just like adults do and I think you handled Jonathan in a firm, but compassionate way instead of beating his ass like his friends' parents did to them. The thought process is exactly what he needed....and you gave him something to do and plenty of time to think about the consequences of his actions. Time-out never works, but time-out with something to do does work! Another great story about fatherhood! Love and hugs, Rozetta(Rosie)Mowery Author of "Tragedy in Tin Can Holler"

Leonard's Cabin (Short Story) - 7/15/2008 12:08:49 AM

Horse Sense (Short Story) - 7/11/2008 1:30:47 PM
Great story Ron.....I rolled on the floor laughing! I wish I could have been a fly on the wall when that horse kicked you....just to see the look on your face! All those horse rules went right out the stall window! And I loved how your friend solved the problem so Jonathan could have a friend horse to ride.

The Birds & The Bees (according to Mom) (Short Story) - 7/11/2008 1:25:14 PM
OMG, Ron.....this was hilarious! I couldn't resist reading this one either since I knew your mother was Scilian...I figured it would be a hum-dinger and it was! You dad was so cool for his age and he knew you needed some slack and made sure you got it even though your mom was completely against it....I wonder if he ever told her the truth! Ha! Probably not! Another great read! Cheers, Rozetta

Horse Sense (Short Story) - 7/10/2008 7:00:18 PM

Wow...you did it again, Ron! You have a great way with words and humor! This turned out to be a camping trip from hell....you poor thing...I'm sorry, but I laughed my butt off when you couldn't rinse the soap off yourself! You are a marvelous story-teller. I think I should invite you to Jonesborough, TN this Fall and let you tell some of your stories at the International Storyteller's Conference. Check it out on the internet....people come from all over the world to hear stories like yours!!!!

The Pear Tree (Short Story) - 7/9/2008 8:53:27 PM

Just A Pilgrim (Poetry) - 2/22/2010 5:51:12 PM
Ron, I like the light touch in your songs, at least the 2 I have just read. In this one, you seem to be ready and willing to turn to God and receive His help and blessings. I like the fact that "the flock of those who care" were also instrumental in offering you their help. God is awesome! Connie

Yes ... something devastating happens in the spirit when women conduct themselves in this way. Something really important dies in their heart. Nicely done!

Sounds like a great love pronounciation to me and is so good set to music. Let that old guitar ring out over the nation and soothe some souls needing peace. Love makes the world go round.
