The Land Beyond: A Foreigner's Survival Guide for Japan (Short Story) - 11/20/2009 7:37:13 AM
It wasn't to long ago when Japan was a closed society, there still exist today a certain fantatic code of honor that places human life on the margin of conscience. though it is a beautiful historical place like so many other places there is still a sadness of human hope that lays just out of sight but felt with a closer look into the eyes of the people. where history has left a stain the future will remove it as it is removing those stains from our own past.. thanks

I do not agree about turning your back on the Japs. statement!
I was in Tokyo, Japan three years. I miss the folks.
