What a powerful write my friend, one that many can relate too! All the more strength coming from a true survivor! Well, written and well expressed. Keep spreading the word my friend, there are many whom need to hear...Hey, you can make it, I did! Tell them my friend! You are a great advocate!
Blessings,

Great write Aleja, it touches my heart and I am sure the heart of many. Coming from an abusive home myself I can certainly relate to it. And yes we can't hold it inside forever, to heal we have to release it and become stronger for it. Only then can we help others.
God Bless you.

Some of us that are wearing the domestic wars scars can comprehend you, others...will shake their heads at the enormity that their comprehension cannot grasp.
Abuse was swept under the carpet, nobody wanted to know.
Occasionally you would heard of a drunken father, and that was all the extent of the abuse.
The world has rolled something since then, yet the abusers still here.
Good piece.

Aleja,
As I stated in my other review, I am happy for you and was also addicted to the drug alcohol (the authories have "finally" placed alcohol in the correct category).
I'm free now for 5 years and my writings--just as yours--help others.
Blessings,
George |
