I am not one to beg for anything, being a single parent most of my life I struggled to raise my three children right by society’s eyes. I am proud of what my children have become as adults. My youngest is a gifted artist in College even though she struggles with an illness that she inherited from me. I am proud of her because one of her art piece won a award to be placed in a private Museum. My son just had a beautiful baby girl in April. My oldest is graduating in December from College. Yes I think I have done well.

 

I have been writing about the horror stories of foreclosures for months now. Our Government Has giving bail out money to these Corporations to help people not to loose their homes, but they have been using the bail out money to hire high priced Lawyers to take the homes away from the homeowners knowing that the servicing companies cannot prove who the true owners of the loans are in the first place. Million s of families are now in the streets because of these Corporations and Wall Street greed.

 

I myself have been fight for my home for the last three years, (Google- Christine Patterson Vs Quick Loan Funding.) My case is a nightmare beyond believe. But I am not giving up without a fight. Today (Nov. 17th) I had my first day in Court in three years. First the (nine owners) to my home tried to have it thrown out in State and Federal Court. They did not succeed.

 

Today at the hearing, the State Judge turned down the order to sell my home. I have to go back to Court December 9^th for an injunctive hearing. But the Judge has ordered a bond from me in order to proceed with the injunctive. But I am short 2,000 of the bond, but I do have the rest.

 

I am asking for donations from America right now to save my home. A dollar is good enough because I know this is hard times. I know there must be compassion left here in America because enough is enough too many people are homeless now. I have a good case if I did not, the Judge could have ordered the house sold today but he did not. Someone must stand up to these Corporations or more will loose their homes. Many do not know that they have a case and give up and just walk away from their homes.

 

Look up who Quick Loan Funding was and you will see what the owner did to the homeowners. Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC is another who has many suits also pending against them. Nomura Home Equity Trust Series 2006HE2 is another who is also on my loan which in five States is taking homes from the homeowner also which are one of the Toxic Loans that was on Wall Street. Wells Fargo and HSBC are also on the loan several investors which one has a clue to who they are or how they got there. “Many may be reading this and saying what the heck happened?”

 

On December 2005 I refinanced home because I have a 1939 and I had been trying to fix it up to code the bathroom started leaking through the walls and I knew there was trouble so I refinanced to fix the bathroom and to pay off my credit cards from using for other repairs. Quick loan funding started the loan; little did I know it would change my life one year later. I signed the docs on the 23 but the Notary had me date them a day before, he claim they wanted to get the loan done before Christmas but that did not happen. He came back on the 27^th and said the docs were done wrong and I had to sign more papers to fix the problem. I ask would the first set be voided and he stated to ask Quick Loan Funding. So I signed the second thinking that the first would be voided but they were not. In 2007 the IRS called me and wanted me to pay 10,400 for the years 2005, 2006 because I sold my home? I was in shock I told the lady I still had my home. And now after three years Quick Loan funding did not void the first loan they put both through, yes America this one of the stories that is not being told. Now with nine owners on the title and servicing Company (Ocwen claiming they own my home also) my home of eleven years is on death row.

 

This is why I need the bond to fight in court because if there is any justice left here in America this is one case that needs to go to trial. I am on a fixed income and I have legal Aide for my lawyers (bless their hearts they are doing the best they can because there are many cases right now.) I know that there are angels out there who will read this with compassion. Like I said a dollar donation would be great.

If it takes me to stand on the freeway everyday to get this money, then this is what I will do in the name of humanity and compassion. My home is worth saving from fraud and greed. These Corporations will do anything to keep it out of Court. This is why I need America's help right now. I refuse to be another victum of their greed and fraud. America is stuffering enough right now. We have all falling on deaf ears.

 My pride is nothing because my children are the most important thing to me, without my home I will have nothing left for them to come to.

 

With your help and prayers we as a nation can take these Corpations on together. To many are loosing their homes. This needs to stop.
