Well as you all known today is Easter.  I mean it's a holy day and we all need to remember what the Lord did for us.  I mean I  get a bit tired when I read about these people living on this planet and living a carefree life and having no respect for the Creator who made their bodies and this planet that they live on.  All I know is that when the time comes they're gonna have to explain their 'life of indulgence" to the Lord. Then the Lord will assign a place for them to live their 'Afterlife."  It may not be the greatest place for some of these people.  I mean for some of them it may be a place where it's extremely hot.

That won't happen to me.  I mean I go to church EVERY SUNDAY.  Not just Easter.  I mean a 'real' Christian  would be going to Church all the time.  Not just major holidays like Christmas and Easter.

Well I've just showered and put on my Sunday finest and am ready to attend Easter mass at the local Catholic church out here in Van Nuys when just as I'm about to leave my apartment I here the telephone ring.  I'm almost thinking about letting my answer machine pick it up but decided answer the phone.  I mean it could be that something big happened with my family.

"Hello."

"Fifi it is Alocki.  I would like to know if you wish the celebration of Ostara at the local Unitarian Univeraslist church with Hellos, Biff, and I."

"I'm going to Easter Mass Alocki?  I'm sorry but that Unitarian Universalist church is like the craziest thing I've ever seen.  Those people worship things like UFOs.  Not to bash you Alocki.  I mean I truly believe you're a lady who came from another planet but some of these 'sects' that worship the strangest things well I'm sorry but I have to stick to my beliefs."

"Fifi the Unitarian Universalists do not worship such things you call UFOs.  They believe in both the concepts of science and the spiritual goodness of all mankind.  All religions are respected.  As you know I am a scientist and believe we are products of nature but I also enjoy attending services of the Universalists who have open minds about the concept of reality, wether it would be religious or Scientific.  Please Fifi, come to the service.  You are attending a mass so your Creator will still be satisfied.  Also Biff will be there.  I know you would like to attend a mass with him than going to one by yourself."

I get a little testy.  "You're really  smart Alocki.  You sure know how to play with words.  All this Pagan nonsense about 'Ostara.'  Allright I'll go but next week you and your fellow aetheists Biff and Hellos need to go to Catholic mass with me.  Is it a deal?"
 

"Yes I will go and I am sure Biff and Hellos will also attend your mass.  I am curious to see all the religious ceremonies of the peoples of your planet.  So the mass begins at noon.  It is located at the Sierra Madre UU Church.  Here are the directions......."

Well I get in my truck and take the 134 freeway from Van Nuys to Sierra Madre.  When I arrive at the 'church' about a quarter till noon I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW PACKED THAT PLACE IS.  It took me a few minutes to find an open space in the parking lot.
