This hit my heart for I just left my beloved father after being literally at his bed for 2 wks. I had to fly back to Denver to finish a project for work, He died the day after I left. This was so touching. Love, Bonnie

Amazing how even those of us who do know loss can still hope ...imagine...wish... yet we know reality will not allow that... Very good writing... as usual for La Belle... :-)) lindalaw

Belle - fine story, strongest part for me is the anxiety experienced not to be there next to those we have loved in their pain or death, and reminds me at the same time that this is of course not so, that loved ones are there at this time, as they are in the happier, good memories that flow also - well written of ghosts and wanderers, really good to read xx

Not even the Great Separator will dare do it before one last time, one last tight embrace, one last kiss...like holding that little heart on the palm of a hand taking care of its last beatings, in wonder, because they wouldn't have to say goodbye, just welcome to each other and let the melting begin...which no separator could ever pull apart, not for a million eternities.
