I've always had stories in my head. Even as a child I remember sharing a bedroom with my sister and talking well into the night about a fantasy world filled with colorful characters and scenery. My sister loved to hear about "Ranera" as I called it. Since then, I've always jumped at creative writing classes. I finally decided to join some short story contests and actually won! That started my journey into writing novels. Even though they are classified as "romance" I would call them "adventure". Most of my manuscripts take place in Scotland or Ireland. Time travel facinates me and is usually included. I think the world is full of magic (I even believe in fairies!) Bringing magic to life is a thrilling adventure for me. Struggling through the Wars of Independence and battles that required men to walk right into their deaths baffles me. I will always write, whether people buy or not is a different story. My dreams came true when my first manuscript was published and is now available, MacGregor's Curse, and my second is on it's way (It's in editing now). My third manuscript is finished but I'm in the final editing stages myself before I actually submit it. It's been a fun ride, although exhausting since all my writing is done at night.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it!
