| Wow, what a rush this has been. My success story began almost as soon as I joined AuthorsDen.com in April 2008. Sometime shortly afterwards one of our fellow writers, Gerald Tate, wrote to suggest I send my novel, The Second Tour, to Spinetinglers.net for a professional review. There I met Jodi Dougan, a wonderful lady, who passed the novel on to their book reviewer, none other than one of our own AD authors, Nolene P. Dougan. Next, I passed the book along to reviewer John Helman at AllBooks Reviews. Long story short, the result was a 5* review from Spinetinglers, and a "this book comes highly recommended" from AllBooks Reviews, both of which I hear are pretty darn good reviews for a first novel. I am definitely one lucky and thankful person, and I owe it all to this wonderful website family of ours. So thank you, thank you, each and every one of you. I couldn’t be happier. The Second Tour was self-published and released on Veterans Day 2008. Terry |
