I placed my dream of writing aside while rearing my family. With my children grown, and after my divorce in 1998, I finally found time and inspiration to fulfill my childhood dream.
One of my first attempts won an international award, marking the beginning of this phase of my journey in verse. My poetry has opened doors for me that would have otherwise remained closed, giving me opportunities to collaborate with professionals in the music world. I've recorded two CDs of my work, one here in Florida and the other in Los Angeles. A third compiliation is on my agenda for this year.
Touching lives and hearts with my words and thoughts is a most awesome experience, and I am so very appreciative of those who count themselves as my fans. |
