My success here on AD has not led to fame. I have no Pulitzer's or bestselling books. It has not led to fortune. I still mooch money off of my parents and have but a few loose bills in my wallet. It has not led to lifelong friendships. Though I love you all, I will probably never meet you or keep in touch. It has not led to a better relationship with my family. I don't let them read my works, and I love them just the same as before.
But fame, fortune, friends, and family will never corrupt one thing. Yourself. I have gained a new respect and understanding for all of my emotions by finally letting it out. Thank you AD for making this possible for me. |
