A Letter to A Friend is a compact compilation of thoughts that promote the reader to think in a different direction than they are probably used to. This book is a candid and uncompromising reflection of the issues we all face.
It is an intimate outcry for the need to take accountability for our role in life and the outcome of our actions or lack thereof. We all have a vital part to play and we are not just victims of circumstance. A Letter to a Friend explodes from the inside out the victim mentality that many of us claim at some point in our lives.
At times, the words come across like a good old-fashioned thrashing when they are really just a loving reminder of raw unadulterated truth and responsibility.

Professional Reviews
Inspiring by D. Davis
Most of the poems were inspiring and thought provoking. There were quite a
few that either caused me to think or helped me see things in a different
light especially if its not something that happens in my life.
There were some that I just didn't get at all. All in all I think it was well written, covered a nice broad area as far as topic and content.
EYEOPENER by lsnj15
I found it very honest and compassionate, yet angry and confrontational at times. Your passion and emotion are raw and pure. Your words painted pictures of people, places and times that we as a human race would like to ignore too often. This work is eyeopening and informative. It opened up some wounds and healed others. Overall I found your words thought provoking and essential. I would love to own a copy of the finished product.

| this book sounds like it is a good book to read. I try too approach my topics and writings in the same manner. My book revolves around personal responsibilty and understanding. Some people try to change society and others, which is harder, but they ignor or refuse to face their own inner being. They prefer to play the blame game. G |
