From a soul empowerment perspective, all physical illness is caused by the impaired circulation of love. To confirm this hypothesis, the next time you are ill, ask yourself, “Am I experiencing and expressing love or am I withholding love?”
If the latter is true, try activating your intention to love. Increasing the frequency of this intention will restore order to your spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical energy fields.
We were all raised in families that were at least moderately dysfunctional. To make sense of our world, we shut down our feelings, internalized limiting beliefs systems, and developed personality strategies such as resistance, projection, or denial. Our bodies adapted and adjusted until, no longer able to compensate, they succumbed to illness of one sort or the other.
Lodged deep within our minds are memories of the painful experiences that caused us to alter our approach to life. In fact, stored within the chambers of this great repository as a complete rendering of our current lifetime, past lifetimes, and soul essence. To locate the revealing pieces of information, weed out the destructive patterns, and realign with our essence nature. We first need to learn how the mind functions.
