Excerpt
From "Spaces In Between"
The time went by so slowly
While he sat there in the waiting room,
Only minutes had actually passed,
Yet it felt like many hours had gone by.
These times of waiting;
Waiting to board a plane,
Waiting for a taxi,
Waiting in a supermarket line,
Made his mind wander and think
Of many things, even daydreams.
Whole new scenarios came into his head
Of what could and would happen.
One day, he thought, these
"spaces in between"
Might come true.

| The title "Spaces In Between" refers to all those idle moments in our lives when we are thinking or (dreaming) about something. We may learn to become aware of this and to control this ability and willingly think about things that are good (positive) for us. Then, we will be much better off. |
