The story of a high school senior and dreamer, Eddie Carson, Jr., whose bank courier vehicle collides with a mobster, causing him to lose his job and learn a big lesson in reality. He goes to work as the mobster's telemarketing firm's 'donation pickup driver' and, in the end, must decide between the money he needs for college and the risks of escaping the corrupt world he has entered.
