The human mind receives new information, processes it acording to its own information, assimilates and responds to create a new input. On and on it goes - constant input/output creating experience. because the output triggers the input it stands to reason that improving our outputs will release us from the bondage of cyclic dysfunctions.
'Information' is the mother of all experience and to initiate the function of truthful information we must return to basic irrefutable facts that we can all agree on. A simple agreement is that the universe is energetic. We are steeped in energy, therefore it seems reasonable that if we are serious about finding out how we work we should apply ourselves to learning how enery works.

Mystics & philosophers from all traditions & in all times have established the basis for wisdom as expressed by the universal statement 'All is one.’ All being one may be repeated backward to claim the same absolute condition ‘One is all’. One can never be two & because all energy is dual, One is consequently precluded from existing as energy. Nevertheless, unless we believe that God is dead we answer to our intuitive knowing that God is indeed very alive in the world. As such, we must consider just how it is that One participates within the duality that energy requires. To become free, it is necessary to understand the nature of this participation & the purpose behind it.
