My expressions and observations on the upright biped species that infect this planet and my interaction with some of them as well as my own thoughts and feelings
Excerpt
What Is It That Some See In Me?
What is it that some see in me? An Alien no doubt
They look and stare where is he from? Not from round here no doubt
They see my form look at my dress and see just what they want
They don’t ask me the cheeky sods am I a hawk or swan?
I’m neither these nor anything that you may think I am
I’m different from most of them but all I am is man
I think my thoughts are not worth much but priceless all the same
At least I play by my own rules not pawn in others games
So look my friend into my eyes avert your gaze from where
You’ll see me change into a man I wonder would you dare?
To ask the questions one by one not shrink from this one inch
Expand your mind outstretch your arms your prejudices pinched
Allow the person that you see be what they want to be
Accept it for just what it is and you’ll start feeling free
I’m what I am and you are you that’s great that’s all we need
If each of us could live like that when cut we would not bleed
For all of us on one wavelength been said since time’s begun
That from all numbers that we know they always start at One
So start with you before you start on others that you see
Then you’ll be you and be so happy that I am just me
