Autobiography of a Hippie: 1964 through 1969
www.lulu.com

I describe all that I experienced of note during my days as a runaway hippie during the period from 1964 through 1969. I also describe the horrors of my dysfunctional childhood at the hands of my extremely violent and brutal ex-marine father, who nearly killed me during one of his drunken rages when I was 13 years old {which was the reason I ran away in 1964 at the age of 14} I try my best to also describe in great detail just what it was like to be taking lots of psychedelic drugs back then as well. I spent my 15th year in a state "hospital" where I was subjected to much abuse at the hands of the so-called "technicians" who worked there,
and I describe all of that as well. I earned my right to freedom when I turned 16 in 1966 and became an "emancipated minor" and was "foot loose and fancy free" from then on, to go on and experience the "summer of love" in 1967, which I also write about in great detail.

Excerpt

"This is my story, the tale of a desperate young teenager, who ran away from home, to escape a living hell! From the depths of depravity, to the heights of ecstacy, it is the plain and uncensored truth, for what it's worth!"
