I'd like to ask you a few questions, and perhaps get feedback on your interpretive feelings on the state of men in your midst and beyond. In today's wacky and weird world situations, what exactly are in the minds of men? Do they have anything to say about anything that may lie deep within their souls? I opine that the souls of men truly wants to be understood. Individually and collectively throughout history time has measured the successes and failures of men, and judged them accordingly.
We've had to deal with stacked decks and unbalanced scales short of what's right to account for our actions. In some quarters society may not have treated us well, albeit a lot of it may have been our faults, but we definitely have something to say about it. Now comes the wherewithal that would allow a few men (yours truly included) to do just that -- by sharing opinions and stories. In June of this year around Father's Day in a bookstore near you, a very important book will be available -- THE SOUL OF A MAN (http://www.thesoulofaman.net/home.shtml). In it, a group of men bare their souls and tell it like it is. A few of my essays are included as well as others with deep lamentations that yearn to be heard...revelations of His-story, His-trials, His-fears and His-triumphs that sums up the essence of a magnificent literary work. Within the pages of this anthology, readers are given rare insight as to what lurks in the hearts and minds of men in this candid compilation of prowess and purpose.
THE SOUL OF A MAN presents an admirable collection of inspirational stories that share the innermost thoughts of real men and real issues. These are sincere, candid and engaging stories about men who dealt with the challenges of life by placing their complete faith in God. You should endeavor to read them...our stories reveal how faith is used to handle day-to-day struggles, pains and temptations to show what the test of manhood is all about. I'm one of them -- hear my cry to know my story by joining us on this literary journey. Your support and open ears will do much to give benefits to any doubt to understand the men who may be burdened by past transgressions. THE SOUL OF A MAN will answer all of the questions therein. The book is $15.00 (not including 4.00 for S/H). Check out what a few good men have to say -- Essayist, Alvin C. Romer and authors, Joey Pinkney, Marc Lacey, William Fredrick Cooper, Jihad, et al. "The triumphs of our souls are the victories we claim over adversaries and how we can let others know what we are thinking in our souls. I think about loving the right way, and being loved in return. I think about doing my part to build the Kingdom and make sure that the Joshua generation has the role models to see what needs to be seen for measurable self-esteem. If we can dare to dream, let us have those great expectations and speak volumes for our victories. Check out my smile and measure my heart for the things I say and what I do. I will tell my constituents that there are peaks and valleys to life and that success will require opening up and being accountable. But by no means should they stop the flow of words between them.
Continue talking, my brothers, and let your voices and actions be instruments for change. Perhaps the most important regimen for us to grasp is the need to reassert collective genius which has always empowered us in the past to survive. We can do this by loving each other more –but we’ll shout if we have to, and it should be okay!"
