Secret Anguish

Ashlynn Presley never thrived as a child and as a teenager and adult she just wasn't up to par. She suffered from debilitating fatigue, abdominal discomfort, weight problems, headaches, foggy brain, thinning of hair, breaking teeth, and itchy skin. She was diagnosed with having allergies (both food and environmental), asthma, adrenal fatigue, depression and anxiety and gluten sensitivity. After being off from gluten for over nine months, Presley's symptoms improved and some have disappeared. Learn about gluten intolerance and how going gluten-free helped turned Presley's life around.
