Journal search mission report 2014 AD
Location: A portal entrance to hell
On a scrap piece of paper, written by the Mother, I carried in my hand the charm to open the portal Hope on a mere piece of paper.
Ding, ding, ding said the bell,
Ring, ring, ring they said in hell,
Ting, ting, ting said the sword,
And all their heads fell.
As I will it, so shall it be.
I seal this portal for all eternity.
I approached the portal opening warily. I could feel the weight of the key in one hand, the charm in another. The evil emanating from the portal was defiling. I looked at the note in my hand and stepped only one step closer. I knew I had to open this portal but not to release the evil from the other side but to draw them close enough so that I may vanquish them. They had stolen what was truly mine and for this act they would pay. I had hopes of drawing the attention of the one who started the whole thing eons ago by defying our creator’s rules and boundaries.
I knew for sure that the journal was just inside because its beacon called to me. It was not just any journal but the one containing the portal keys’ locations. I took another step closer and began the charm provided by the Mother. Reaching into the air, with my hand open, I felt the bell form firmly in my grasp and I began with full focus and intent.
“Ding, ding, ding said the bell.”
I said this with clarity so as not to be misunderstood. This was answered with the echoing retort of,
“Ring, ring, ring they said in hell.”
Though distorted by the veil it was clear they had heard my summons. I readied my sword tapping it three times against the top of my shield positioned on my shoulder behind me while answering with,
“Ting, ting, ting said the sword.”
I prayed, for strength in this mission, as I watched the portal begin to open. Just past the entrance I could see the journal begin to glow. It acknowledged my presence for it belonged to me. I tethered myself to the base of a nearby tree with my cord, knotting it firmly and then I stepped into the underworld reaching for the journal as I entered. The smell of hell was overwhelming causing a shudder to run through my body. Fear? Yes, it was a debilitating fear that had me pausing from the shock.
